UPDATE | Boardman police arrest man in string of incidents

BOARDMAN — Township police have arrested a person in connection with a string of theft and robbery incidents this morning, Police Chief Jack Nichols said.

Police arrested Michael Varchulik for the incidents.

Varchulik reportedly took a car from a Speedway on Midlothian Boulevard, then attempted to rob the McDonald’s on Western Reserve Road. He then robbed a Huntington Bank on South Avenue, police said.
