Trumbull County authorities find missing 7-year-old

HOWLAND — Trumbull County 911 issued a missing persons report for a 7-year-old child this morning, but the child is now safe.

The report said the child was taken by his father, James Bickel, 30, of Warren, during a domestic dispute. Bickel does not have custody of the child.

County officials later reported Bickel returned the child to the residence.

Bickel was booked into the county Jail at 8:15 a.m. on a domestic-violence charge.
