One Hot Cookie will host its Dog Costume Contest during the Plazawide Trick or Treat from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, 1295 to 1393 Boardman-Canfield Road, which is between the Blue Wolf Tavern and Hot Head Burritos. The contest will take place at 3:30 p.m. at One Hot Cookie, and the kids’ costume contest will take place at 4:30 p.m. at Suzie’s Dogs and Drafts.
