Crash on Mahoning halts traffic tonight

The Ohio State Highway Patrol Canfield Post is investigating a crash between a truck and a sport utility vehicle at about 10:45 tonight at Mahoning Avenue extension and Lipkey Road.

At least one person was injured seriously enough to be taken to a hospital for treatment.

Traffic was halted for a period of time, officials said.
