Sidewalk coming to Dobbins Road in Poland

POLAND — Township trustees voted this week to award a bid for construction of a sidewalk on Dobbins Road to J.S. Bova Excavating of Struthers.

The bid came in at $148,016. The township will cover 20 percent of the construction cost, with an Ohio Public Works Commission grant covering the remainder.

The sidewalk will run from Poland Seminary High School to the Tuscany housing development on Dobbins.
