Halloween giveaway for kids Wednesday at Wick Park

YOUNGSTOWN — East Side Crime Watch sponsors a Halloween giveaway for children 2 to 12 from 3 to 5 p.m. Wednesday at Wick Park, 260 Park Ave.,on the city's North Side

The event is sponsored by Annie Hall, crime watch director, and Bob Burke, director, Youngstown Parks and Recreation Department.
