ATM card skimmer found in Niles

Niles police are investigating the discovery of a card skimmer placed over the Robbins Avenue Seven Seventeen Credit Union ATM on Saturday afternoon. Police are asking people who have used the Robbins Avenue ATM to closely watch their bank statements, reported 21 WFMJ-TV, The Vindicator’s broadcast partner.

According to the Niles police Facebook page, it’s believed there was a memory chip inside the skimmer that possibly was recording stolen card information.
