J.D. Power has rated PNC Bank No. 1 for customer satisfaction in its inaugural J.D. Power 2017 National Bank Satisfaction Study.

Among the areas rated in which PNC fared well: Lower number of reported problems, which can include issues such as incorrect fees and service charges; processing and transaction errors; unauthorized activity; and poor customer service; consistent performance delivery across all product lines; and tailored financial advice and proactive contact.

Home Savings recently hired Josh Toot, Kevin Dougherty and Dave Howard to join the bank’s commercial lending team serving the Mahoning Valley.

Toot joins the bank as senior vice president, commercial banking, bringing with him more than 15 years of industry experience.

Dougherty brings with him nearly 14 years of experience, joining the bank as vice president, commercial relationship manager.

Howard is joining the bank as vice president, commercial relationship manager, bringing with him more than 35 years of lending banking experience.

Home Savings also announced the promotion of Ken Goldsboro as senior vice president, commercial banking. Goldsboro joined Home Savings in 2013. Before this current promotion, he served as vice president, commercial banking. Goldsboro focuses on the development and growth of the bank’s commercial loan portfolio.
