Freedom Fund Banquet is Oct. 13

The Youngstown NAACP, 1350 Fifth Ave., Suite 202, is hosting its 99th Freedom Fund Banquet at 7 p.m. Oct. 13 at Choffin Career and Technical Center, 200 E. Wood St.

The featured speaker will be Atty. Cheryl Mabry, director of the Cleveland Field Office of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Mabry has investigated, supervised and negotiated multi-million dollar solutions against nationwide employers in the automotive manufacturing, construction and retail industries.
