WARREN

Matthew R. Henderson, 30, of Arthur Drive and formerly of Robert Street in Vienna, was sentenced to three years in prison Wednesday for possessing drugs and making methamphetamine with his daughter, then 4, in the home.

Henderson previously pleaded guilty in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court to child endangering, illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs and aggravated drug possession.

Police were called to his mobile home Dec. 13 because of concerns the child was living in a home where drugs were being manufactured. The girl, Henderson and two other males were removed from the home. The girl was taken by children services.
