Struthers schools will host winter concerts

The Struthers City School District will present its annual holiday winter concerts. The high school and show choirs will perform a selection of holiday classics at 6 p.m. Friday in the middle school auditorium, 111 Euclid Ave. The middle school choir’s holiday concert will be at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday ; the sixth- and seventh-grade band will perform a concert at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 12 and the eighth-grade and high school band will perform at 7 p.m. Dec. 13. The fifth-grade band will perform a concert at 1:30 p.m. All four concerts will take place in the middle school auditorium. The first-grade winter concert will take place at 9 a.m. Dec. 18 and the second-grade winter concert will be at 9 a.m. Dec. 19. Both concerts will take place in the elementary school cafeteria, 520 Ninth St.
