Campbell police arrested Hector Bonilla Savala, 50, of Youngstown, Wednesday on outstanding warrants from Cuyahoga County for rape and kidnapping.

Savala was then transported to the Mahoning County jail to await retrieval by the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's deputies.
