Federated Women’s Club hosts scholarship luncheon

The Youngstown Area Federation of Women’s Clubs recently held its annual scholarship fundraiser luncheon, “Autumn Glory,” at Tippecanoe Country Club. Retired Det. Sgt. Delphine Baldwin-Casey was guest speaker. Funds raised from the raffles and the luncheon support the club’s scholarship fund.
