Coffee shop owners are guest chefs

Four Kids Coffee Shop owners, Jason and Catherine Sackett, visited Marsha Coffee’s family and consumer science classes at West Branch High School recently to serve as guest chefs.

The Sacketts helped bake “alternative” brownies and regular brownies with students. Everyone did a taste test and compared both brownies, while learning about various food allergies and illnesses. They also touched on cross-contamination and being mindful while cooking in the kitchen.

The Sacketts also helped Coffee’s classroom through DonorsChoose Fund.
