Sparkle Youngstown plans tree lighting

YOUNGSTOWN

The City of Youngstown, Youngstown CityScape and Home Savings & Loan will host this year’s Youngstown Holiday Parade and Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony at 5 p.m. Friday at 20 Federal Place. The parade begins at 6:30 p.m. with the Christmas Tree Lighting to follow. Pictures also may be taken with Santa.
