Forty Two Event Production invites the Mahoning Valley community to join them for the Fall Into Charity Community Open House and Fundraiser on Nov. 30 from 2-7 p.m. at their office, located at 388 McClurg Road, Suite 1, in Boardman.

For every $1 or non-perishable food item donated, community members will receive one entry into the Chinese Auction with 100 percent of the proceeds going to Second Harvest Foodbank. Some of the items to be raffled off include, an autographed Chris Young guitar, Private Event lighting package valued at $1,500, concert tickets and gift baskets. The event also includes audio and lighting demos and an Ask a Pro segment in addition to giveaways and refreshments.

“We are grateful to Forty Two Event Production for selecting the Food Bank to benefit from this community event,” said Michael Iberis, executive director, Second Harvest Food Bank. “The funds raised and food collected will go a long way, especially during the winter months when food pantries and soup kitchens experience longer food lines.”

Second Harvest Food Bank of the Mahoning Valley, a member of Feeding America, provides food to those in need in the tri-county area through 148 programs provided by hunger-relief organizations, which include church pantries, homeless shelters, soup kitchens, shelters for battered women and after-school programs. In 2016, the Food Bank distributed 10.5 million pounds of food, including 3 million pounds of fresh fruits and vegetables in the tri-county area.
