“Mangia,” presented by Top Hat Productions. Fairview Arts and Outreach Center, 4220 Youngstown-Poland Road, Youngstown, 800-838-3006, 7 p.m., Monday. Performance in February. Needed are men and women over age 50 that are of Italian descent, or able to act as such, and an array of men and women ages 20 to 30, for various other roles. Also needed is one female, age 6 to 10. Those auditioning should be prepared to show stage presence and read from the script.
