City seeks participants for holiday parade

YOUNGSTOWN — The City of Youngstown seeks applications for participants in its Holiday Parade and Christmas Tree Lighting scheduled for Friday, Dec. 1.

Five area marching bands and multiple floats have already registered to participate in the parade sponsored by Home Savings Bank.
