Sparkle Youngstown planned for Dec. 1

YOUNGSTOWN

The City of Youngstown, Youngstown CityScape and Home Savings & Loan will host this year’s Youngstown Holiday Parade and Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony at 5 p.m. Dec. 1 on Central Square and 20 Federal Place.

The parade begins at 6:30 p.m. with the Christmas Tree Lighting to follow. Pictures also may be taken with Santa.
