CHARLOTTE, N.C.

Melissa Love and Jesse Hutchinson were united in marriage Sept. 9 during a ceremony at Myers Park Presbyterian Church in Charlotte, N.C., that was officiated by Dr. Millie Snyder. A reception followed at the Peninsula Yacht Club.

The bride’s parents are Rick and Cheryl Love of Canfield.

The groom is the son of Amy Hutchinson of Charlotte and the late Jesse Hutchinson.

Mrs. Hutchinson graduated from John Carroll University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. She is the marketing manager for IBM in Charlotte.

Mr. Hutchinson graduated from the University of North Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in history and from Kaplan University with a master’s degree in business administration. He is a service initiatives manager for Lowe’s in Charlotte.

The bride wore a mermaid-style gown with a sweetheart neckline that was detailed with beads and lace.

Dayna and Jen Love, sisters of the bride, were the maids of honor. Bridemaids were Mallory Neumann, Courtney Mallon, Lauren Borden, Michelle O’Malley, Taylor Larry, Alex Brenner, Jackie Tesar and Jayna Grassel. Honorary bridemaids were Kate Burnside; Danielle Virstko, cousin of the bride; Bailey Machuca; Sam Lee-Daigle; and Rachel Zyra. The flower girl was McKenzie Brown, cousin of the bride.

The attendants wore navy blue dresses.

Best man was Mitch Zenaty. Groomsmen were Reed Levy, Aaron Kauffman, Christiaan Lee-Daigle, Diego Machuca, Tyler Piercy, Brad Guerke and Sean Newton. Luke Brown, cousin of the bride, was the ring bearer. The ushers were Eric Mueller, cousin of the groom; and Hank Hanegraaff.

The couple honeymooned in Spain and France and reside in Charlotte.
