The Contis celebrate 60th anniversary

Mr. and Mrs. Larry Conti Jr. celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with a dinner party at Johnny’s Fine Food and Spirits that was hosted by their children, Jaqueline Conti (Don Ralutz), Larry III and Anna Conti. The couple have two grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Edward Conti, brother of Mr. Conti, who served as his best man, attended the event.

Larry Conti and the former Marquerite Micco were married Oct. 19, 1957, at St. Vitus Church in New Castle, Pa.

Mrs. Conti was an executive secretary until she retired.

Mr. Conti is a retired radio personality who worked for WKBN, WKST in New Castle, WWL in New Orleans and KDKA in Pittsburgh. He is a member of the the local Eagles, Elks and Lions clubs and the American Cancer Society.
