Council to celebrate seniors in December

The Youngstown Section of the National Council of Negro Women Inc. will host its ninth annual “Hats Off to Seniors” holiday luncheon from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Dec. 9 at First Presbyterian Church, 201 Wick Ave., Youngstown. The luncheon is free to seniors age 70 and older. Cost is $12 for all others. Activities will include music, bingo, door prizes and a hat parade. Reservations are required and must be made before Friday, by calling 330-502-9800.
