Beaver Township man charged with indecent exposure

A contracted newspaper delivery person for The Vindicator told police a township man continually exposed himself to her for months along her daily delivery route.

Steven Fabry, 60, of Paulin Road, is charged with indecent exposure.

The delivery person told township police she runs her paper route every day from 2:30 to 5 a.m., the report said, and Fabry would turn lights on in his home and stand naked in his front window.

The delivery person said Fabry eventually began beckoning her to his home and making sexual gestures, the report said. She said this began in late August, the report said.

Fabry denied previous incidents, stating he once took garbage to the end of his driveway while during a newspaper delivery when a gust of wind blew up the robe he was wearing, the report said.

Fabry’s court date is at 4 p.m. today in Mahoning County Area Court in Canfield.
