Phoenix Road in Howland closed until Tuesday night for waterline relocation

HOWLAND — Phoenix Road will be closed through 6 p.m. Tuesday due to a waterline relocation and repair. The recommended detour route is west on North River Road, south on Larchmont Avenue and northeast on Commonwealth Avenue.
