UPDATE | Power restored in parts of Youngstown

YOUNGSTOWN — Power has been restored in certain parts of the city.
FirstEnergy spokesman Mark Durbin said the outage was caused by a problem in one of the substations that provides power to certain parts of Youngstown.
Outages were reported near West Federal Street and off Belmont Avenue on the North Side, according to FirstEnergy.
The website indicates that seven outages, several affecting between 21 and 100 customers and another affecting between 101 and 500 customers, were reported.

YOUNGSTOWN — Numerous power outages have been reported in the city.
FirstEnergy spokesman Mark Durbin said the outage is caused by a problem in one of the substations that provides power to certain parts of Youngstown.
One outage is near West Federal Street.
Numerous other outages were reported off of Belmont Avenue, according to FirstEnergy.
The website indicates that seven outages, several affecting between 21 and 100 customers and another affecting between 101 and 500 customers, have been reported.
“We have crews working to try to determine the cause,” Durbin said.
There is no estimated time of restoration yet.
