Job fair for veterans set for Tuesday

Operation Troop Employ 2017, a job fair with a focus on veterans presented by Vindyjobs.com, will be Tuesday.

The job fair will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Stambaugh Auditorium, 1000 Fifth Ave.

The fair is for all job seekers, but veterans will have early access and special activities will be offered.

Veterans get in first at 10 a.m., and the public will have access at 11 a.m.

Employers at the job fair will include Arconic, Mercy Health, NLMK Pennsylvania, R&J Trucking, VXI, Ventra Salem LLC, Cintas and Ellwood Crankshaft Group, among about 30 vendors.
