Jenna DePizzo and Justin May were united in marriage June 10 with a ceremony and reception at Brookside Farm in Louisville. Joseph Caruso officiated.

The bride’s parents are Rocky DePizzo and Laura DePizzo, both of Cortland.

The groom is the son of Mary Ann and James McCann, and Karen Clarke, all of Cortland, and the late Bill May.

The bride wore a mermaid-style gown featuring lace straps and a sweetheart neckline and a lace overlay. It was accented by a rhinestone and pearl belt.

Tori DePizzo, sister of the bride, was the maid of honor, and the matron of honor was Addie Kirchner. Bridesmaids were Alex May Hale, Lauren McCann and Sydney McCann, sisters of the groom; Danielle Dulick and Haylee Mink. Maura Lopez, cousin of the bride, was the flower girl.

The attendants wore blush pink dresses.

Ryan Zeck served as best man. Groomsmen were Taylor Hale, brother-in-law of the groom; Pete Bielecki; Kevin Nugent; James DePizzo, brother of the bride; Evan Newton; Christopher May, cousin of the groom; and Thomas Shay. Benjamin Wagner, cousin of the groom, was the ring bearer. Ushers were Joseph George, cousin of the groom, and Gerrod Hrusovsky.

Mrs. May earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in education from Slippery Rock University. She is a first-grade teacher at Bascom Elementary of LaBrae Local Schools in Leavittsburg.

Mr. May earned a bachelor’s degree in international studies from Ohio State University and a bachelor’s degree in education from Youngstown State University. He is the bookkeeper for the Mahoning County Educational Service Center in Canfield and the assistant fiscal officer for Braceville Township in Newton Falls.

The couple honeymooned in Riviera Maya, Mexico, and live in Warren.
