West Side roads closed beginning Nov. 10 for 60 days

YOUNGSTOWN — Oakwood Avenue from Winchester to North Osborne avenues, and North Dunlap Avenue between Connecticut and Mahoning avenues will be closed for about 60 days starting Nov. 10 for the replacement of water-system valves.

Detours will be set up during the closures.
