Arson damages Youngstown South Side home

YOUNGSTOWN — Fire reports said a blaze about 11:20 a.m. Tuesday at a vacant 804 E. Dewey Ave. home is an arson.

Crews who were called to the South Side home found a heavy fire in the living room, reports said. Damage is listed at $5,000.
