SENIOR CITIZENS

Lowellville Senior Citizens will meet at noon Friday at Lowellville City Hall Conference Room. Ernie Ciarniello will preside. Lunch will be provided by Gianna’s Catering, and a 50-50 raffle and bingo will follow the meeting. Mahoning Retired Teachers Association will meet June 14 at the Georgetown, 5945 South Ave., Boardman. Social will begin at 11 a.m. and lunch will be at 11:45. The meeting and program will follow. Susan Harris will preside. Tracey Manning, curator of education at the Mahoning Valley Historical Society will present “Immigration History of the Mahoning Valley.” This month’s community service will be monetary donations and personal hygiene products for the Beatitude House. PERI Inc., Mahoning County 18, will meet at noon June 6 at Avion on the Water Banquet Center, 2177 W. Western Reserve Road, Canfield. Menu comprises chicken francaise, rice pilaf, Tuscany vegetables, garden salad, rolls and butter, coffee or tea and chocolate cake. There also will be a money raffle. The cost will be $13 for members, associate members and guests. Pay at the door.
