Emily Schlueter, Ethan Dovensky plan to marry

NEW SPRINGFIELD

Michael and Julie Schleuter of New Springfield are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Emily Schlueter, to Ethan Dovensky, both of Canton. The mother of the prospective groom is Sally Weldon of West Springfield, Pa.

The July 29 ceremony will take place at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, East Palestine.

The future bride received a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Bowling Green State University and earned a doctorate degree in physical therapy from Walsh University.

Mr. Dovensky graduated from Mercyhurst University with a bachelor’s degree in music and plans to pursue the musical instrument repair program at Minnesota State College Southeast in the fall.
