Car knocked into building on Youngstown's South Side

YOUNGSTOWN — A car was knocked into a Southern Boulevard apartment building about noon today by a hit-skip driver.

The accident happened at Southern Boulevard and Hilton avenues.

No one is injured. Police found the car that caused the accident in a driveway further up Hilton Avenue.
