Local cyclists join Spring in Columbiana County ride

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR More than 200 cyclists from Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania met in Columbiana on April 23 for the annual Spring in Columbiana County ride hosted by Out-Spokin’ Wheelmen Cycling Club of Youngstown. Cyclists started at Firestone Park and chose between a 35-mile route on the Greenway Bike Path, or a 63-mile route that added to the path by continuing along highways in the county. A snack stop was set up at the historic train station in Lisbon, and a pizza lunch was served when the cyclists returned to the park.
