BOSTON — LeBron James scored 11 points, Kevin Love had 10 and Kyrie Irving added nine as the Cavaliers raced to a 43-27 lead over the Boston Celtics after one quarter in Game 5 of the Eastern Conference finals tonight at TD Garden.
