Western Reserve Rangers receive Ohio Senate proclamation for 50th anniversary

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Western Reserve Rangers 4-H Club recently celebrated its 50th anniversary. At the club’s April meeting, officers and members were presented with a proclamation from the Ohio Senate in recognition of the milestone, and for upholding the goals and principles of 4-H. Beth Smith, 4-H educator and youth development leader of Mahoning County, visited. She encouraged members to take advantage of the opportunities available through 4-H, including county and state camps, scholarships and awards.
