Rescue Mission of the Mahoning Valley and city officials this morning will bless the site that soon will be home to a new mission facility.

The planned 50,000-square-foot facility will be located at Erie Street and Delason Avenue on the city's South Side.

Officials will bless the 17.5-acre site, reveal the new mission's design and provide a capital campaign update.
