Police seek help with finding missing woman

The Warren Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a 24-year-old city woman deemed a missing person possibly in danger.

The woman, Elaine Shumate, was last seen May 3 by her family, who believe that she is in still in the city.

Shumate is 5 feet 1 inch tall, weighs 150 pounds and has a tattoo across her chest that reads “Will Hunt.”
