CANFIELD

May 2

Theft: An undetermined amount of fuel was reported stolen from the Canfield Bus Garage, 39 Wadsworth St.

May 7

Drug abuse: Police arrested Jessica Kronenberger, 18, of Valley City, Ohio, on a charge of drug abuse.

AUSTINTOWN

May 1

Weapons offense: Accidental discharge of a weapon was reported at a home in the 4000 block of New Road.

Identity theft: A DISH account was opened fraudulently at a home in the 300 block of DeHoff Drive.

Theft: Medication was taken from an auto at Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course, 777 Hollywood Drive.

May 2

Aggravated menacing: There is a suspect in a case of menacing at a home in the 4000 block of Deer Creek Court.

Recovered property: A boy’s bicycle was recovered at Pincrest Drive and Inglewood Ave.

Warrant: Police arrested Ronald Hampton, 55, of Highland Avenue Southwest, Warren, on a Mahoning County Court warrant for theft five times since March for a total of $151.91 in merchandise from Country Fair,1143 N. Canfield-Niles Road

Theft: An account was emptied at Huntington Bank, 1732 S. Raccoon Road.

Drug offense: Police issued a summons to Frank Boyde, 23, of Hawn Street, Youngstown, on a charge of possession of marijuana.

May 3

Unauthorized use: A 2003 Honda was reported used without authorization from a person who lives in an apartment in the 4000 block of Westchester Drive.

Theft: $250 was paid for Cavaliers tickets which were never received by a person who lives at a home in the 1000 block Maplecrest Drive.

May 4

Auto theft: A 2010 Cadillac was involved in an auto accident in the 5000 block of Pine Shadow Court.

Theft: Police said there is a suspect in a theft at Penske Trucking,350 Victoria Road.

May 5

Arrest: Police arrested Chris Hernandez, 40, of Georgetown Place on a charge of domestic violence.

Criminal damaging: A rear window on a vehicle was shattered at a home in the 400 block of South Raccoon Road.

Fraud: Unauthorized charges were made to an account of a person who lives at a home in the 3000 block of Allendale Avenue.

Criminal damaging: The rear window on a vehicle was shattered at a home in the 1000 block of Fountain Square Drive.

Violation of protection order: A phone/social media contact was made in violation of a protection order at a home in the 2000 block of Penny Lane.

Telecommunications harassment: Unwanted calls from a female were reported at a home in the 1000 block of South Raccoon Road.

May 6

Theft: Police issued a summons to Regan Jelks, 24, of Homestead Drive, Youngstown, and to Shauntae Martinez, 38, of Sherwood Avenue, Youngstown, on theft charges. Police accuse the two of taking a total of $25.42 in merchandise from Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave. The items were taken to self-checkout but already bagged and were not scanned.

Theft/recovered property: Three purses were stolen from Get Go, 5163 Mahoning Ave., and later located on a nearby street.

Assault: A female barmaid was a suspect in an assault at Styx, 3680 S. Meridian Road.

Menacing: Threats to a male by an ex-wife’s new boyfriend were made at Panera Bread, 5503 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: A work bag was taken by a co-worker at Humility House, 755 Ohltown Road.

Disorderly conduct: Police issued a summons to Nicholas Pisano, 60, of Pleasant Valley Lane, Canfield, on a charge of disorderly conduct at Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course.

May 7

Theft: Tylenol was taken from Walgreen’s, 40 S. Meridian Road.

Aggravated robbery: $22 was taken at gunpoint from a 16-year-old in the McDonald’s parking lot, 1709 S. Raccoon Road.

Theft: Police arrested Amanda Newcomer, 23, of Mahoning Avenue, North Jackson, on a theft charge. Police accuse her of taking clothing and shoes from Walmart. Police also issued her a criminal trespass warning.

Theft: Police issued a summons to Angela Ceroli, 33, of Hopkins Road, Youngstown, on a theft charge. Police accuse her of taking $95.29 in merchandise from Walmart.

Violation of protection order: A suspect left a card and a present on the doorstep of a protected individual in the 1000 block of Cross Cove.

Warrant: Police arrested Jessica Taylor, 34 of DeHoff Drive on a warrant for failure to comply and disorderly conduct at Burger King, 5310 Mahoning Ave.

Drug offense: Police arrested Cade Adams, 21, of South Raccoon Road on a warrant for a summons for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia out of Pennsylvania.
