McNally makes appointment to MVSD board

YOUNGSTOWN — Mayor John A. McNally announced today that he’s appointed James A. Gibbs as his representative to the Mahoning Valley Sanitary District board of directors.

The appointment is effective immediately and expires May 5, 2020.
