Man indicted for double shooting

YOUNGSTOWN

A Mahoning County grand jury indicted an East Auburndale Avenue man in a March 24 shooting that injured two people.

Tayquan “Bleach” Charlton, 20, faces two counts of felonious assault and a count of being a felon in possession of a firearm that injured two male juveniles at Hillman Street and West Ravenwood Avenue on the South Side.

Reports said both teens were shot by someone who was in a car, got out, fired several shots and then ran away on foot.

Charlton was arrested about 10 days later while police were answering a gunfire call on the West Side. He has been in the Mahoning County jail since his arrest.

The grand jury on Thursday also indicted Christopher Kent, 38, of West Heights Avenue, on a count of rape that carries a possible life sentence if convicted and a count of gross sexual imposition.

Kent is accused of having unlawful sexual conduct with a juvenile who was 8 when the conduct started between April 1 and Sept. 27, 2016.

According to jail records, he has yet to be taken into custody.

Andrew Scott Devellin, 19, Anderson Morris Road, Niles, and James E. Pedicini, 20, Anderson Morris Road, Niles, five counts of breaking and entering and theft.

Peter Harasyn, 37, Forest Hill Drive, burglary.

Gloria R. Daviduk, 38, Saranac Avenue, and Michael Rochford, 31, South Avenue, Columbiana, burglary with a repeat violent offender specification and possessing criminal tools.

Jordan Bell, 27, West Main Street, Washingtonville, domestic violence.

Jason T. Sobnosky, 34, homeless, three counts of receiving stolen property and three counts of misuse of credit cards.

Michael A. Grande, 43, Tippecanoe Drive, Canfield, aggravated possession of drugs and criminal mischief.

Colin Larouere, 34, Dickson Avenue, and Donald Zebrasky, 48, Moreland Drive, Canfield, possession of cocaine and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Denny R. Rivera, 27, Trenholm Road, Boardman, possession of cocaine, possession of dugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Rodney Lee Smallwood Jr., 23, Melrose Avenue, Boardman, burglary with a repeat violent offender specification and assault.

Joseph Zaku, 19, Argyle Avenue, Boardman, two counts of aggravated robbery and robbery with firearm specifications.
