Menacing: Two juvenile teenagers were involved in menacing in an argument over a girl at Austintown Library, 600 S. Raccoon Road.
Fraud: A fraudulent account was opened at a home in the 50 block of Forest Hill Drive.
Theft: A scam was perpetrated and cost the homeowner $1,640. The homeowner lives in the 1000 block of Paisley Street.
Drug offense: Police arrested Douglas Stout, 34, of South Warwick Drive, Canfield, on charges of drug abuse of marijuana and cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia, and issued a summons to Kassandria Cole, 25, of Pearl Street, Leetonia, for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Misuse of credit cards: A withdrawal from the bank with a debit card was reported as misuse at an apartment at Phoenix House, 850 N. Meridian Road.
Lost or stolen property: A woman reported losing a turquoise and silver bracelet at Giant Eagle, 5220 Mahoning Ave.
Menacing by stalking: A female told police she was getting unwanted text messages and visits from her ex-husband.
April 25
Theft: Police issued a summons to Joyce Fox, 20, of Ridgelawn Avenue, Youngstown, on a charge of theft. Police accused Fox of taking $152.18 in makeup at Marc’s, 4755 Mahoning Ave.
Fraud: An email was hacked and money stolen from R.L. Lipton Co., 425 Victoria Road.
Theft: Two televisions were taken from Walmart,6001 Mahoning Ave.
Arrest: Police arrested Pamela Norwood, 49, of Westminster Avenue on a charge of domestic violence.
Theft: Police arrested Jennifer Illes, 26, of Penny Lane, on a theft charge. She is accused of taking $36.44 in miscellaneous food items from Giant Eagle, 5220 Mahoning Ave.
Felonious assault: Police arrested Ivan Nicot, 24, of Banford Lane, Youngstown, on an assault charge, and Ceera Brown, 25, of Hammaker Street, Youngstown, on a felonious assault charge and drug possession, and Deneisha Dickson, 22, of Columbus, on a felonious assault charge.
April 26
Warrant: Police arrested Elaine West, 57, of Trumbull Avenue, Girard, on a warrant for criminal damaging and endangering.
Recovered property: A debit card was recovered at a home in the 5000 block of Callaway Circle.
Theft: An undetermined amount of money was taken from Meridian Arms, 650 S. Meridian Road.
Criminal damaging: Someone damaged a vehicle’s finish at the office of Dr. Michael Woloschak, 2670 S. Meridian Road.
Theft: A 50-inch Samsung television was stolen from Hydrochem, 428 Thatcher Lane.
Theft: An ATM withdrawal of $400 was reported at Speedway, 4401 Kirk Road.
Theft: Two boxes of wine were stolen from Walmart.
Weapons, drug offense: Police issued a summons to Matthew Pierce, 33, of Cameron Avenue, Youngstown, on charges of improper handling of a firearm, carrying a concealed weapon and possession of marijuana.
Aggravated Menacing: Threatening text messages were reported at Austintown Fitch High School, 4560 Falcon Drive.
April 27
Breaking and entering: A four-wheeler and tools were stolen from a home in the 200 block of North Turner Road.
Telecommunications harassment: Unwanted text messages were reported by a person who lives at a home in the 4000 block of Staatz Drive.
Recovered property: A pistol was recovered at North Meridian Road and Henricks Road.
Warrant: Police arrested Heather Andrei, 33, of Kirk Road, Canfield on a warrant for theft at Kohls.
April 28
Warrant: Police arrested David Rowbottam, 40, of Bancroft Avenue, Youngstown, on an unspecified Mahoning County warrant.
Drug offense: Police arrested Candina Arroyo, 24, of Buckeye Court, Youngstown, on a charge of drug possession.
April 29
Theft: A box of invitations delivered by mail carrier was stolen from the front door of a home in the 4000 block of Rhode Island Drive.
Theft: An Ohio rear license plate was stolen from an auto parked at a home in the 4000 block of Pembrook Road.
Warrant: Police arrested John McCary, 38, of West Princeton Avenue, Youngstown, on a warrant for failure to appear on a traffic violation and parole violation.
Theft: A man ran out with a television from Walmart and drove away in a green van with stolen plates.
April 30
Burglary: Two televisions were stolen from an apartment in the 900 block of Compass West. There were no signs of forced entry.
Recovered property: A Craftsman mower was stolen from a home in the 4000 block of Maureen Drive.
Menacing: Threats by phone were reported at a home in the 100 block of Fairmeadow Drive.
Warrant: Police arrested Frank Kuhn, 56, of Decamp Road, Youngstown, on a two active Trumbull County warrants.
