Rayen Early College Middle School has Relay for Life event Friday

YOUNGSTOWN — For the fifth year, Rayen Early College Middle School students and staff are hitting the Chaney track for a good cause.

The school, which enrolls sixth-through-eighth-graders, will stage its own Relay for Life event beginning at 8:30 a.m. Friday at the Chaney track. RECMS is housed inside the Chaney building.

Relay for Life is one of the American Cancer Society’s biggest fundraisers.
