YOUNGSTOWN — The Powerstown Block Watch monthly meeting will be at 7 p.m. Thursday at Faith Community Covenant Church, 1919 E. Midlothian Blvd. It will be preceded by the quarterly Powerstown Action Group meeting at 5:30 p.m.
