Lincoln Avenue closed until Wednesday afternoon for road work

YOUNGSTOWN — Lincoln Avenue between Wick and Fifth avenues will be closed to vehicular traffic until 4 p.m. Wednesday to apply pavement markings, according to the city’s department of public works.

Pedestrian and business access via side streets will be maintained as much as possible. Detours will be posted.
