YWCA of Youngstown receives Chemical Bank grant for new housing project

YOUNGSTOWN — The YWCA of Youngstown received a $10,000 grant from Chemical Bank for its newest housing project.

The five-unit project, located on Kensington Avenue, is addressing the need for affordable housing for low- to moderate-income families and veterans' families at risk of homelessness.
