YEC COMMENCEMENT

Out of 51 associate of arts degrees from Youngstown State University’s College of Liberal Arts and Sciences conferred at its commencement Saturday, 39 were earned by Youngstown Early College students.

Valedictorians

Victoria Patrice Graham and Robert Soto Jr.

Salutatorians

Rachelle Marie Firman and Jalyssa Marie Stanford, who also is class president.

The YEC Class of 2017 has 54 members.

The graduation rate was 100 percent.

Twenty-five of the graduates are members of the National Honor Society.
