UPDATE | State Route 45 in Mahoning County has reopened

The Ohio Department of Transportation said state Route 45 between state Route 165 and U.S. Route 224 in Mahoning County has reopened. The road had been closed because of downed power lines across the thoroughfare caused by today's storms.
