Struthers places elementary school employee on leave, pending investigation

The Struthers City Schools district placed an employee on paid administrative leave today amid an internal investigation into possible wrongdoing.

Interim Superintendant Pete Pirone said the matter involves a full-time Struthers Elementary employee, who is not a teacher.

Pirone declined to name the employee or elaborate concerning the allegations, pending further investigation.
