Kelly Wiggins, Jacob Auwerda plan July rite

The parents of Kelly Louise Wiggins of Irvington, Ala., are announcing her engagement to Jacob Dean Auwerda of Grand Bay, Ala. The bride-elect is the daughter of Denise Hartzell of Poland and Cecil and Suzette Wiggins of Irvington. The prospective groom is the son of the late Daniel Auwerda and Deborah Cummings.

The ceremony will take place at 2 p.m. July 15 at Lighthouse Baptist Church, Theodore, Ala., where a reception will follow. Invitations will be issued for both events.

Miss Wiggins attended Hyles-Anderson College, Crown Point, Ind., and is an assistant manager for Arby’s, Beavers, Inc. in Grand Bay. Mr. Auwerda is a laborer and contractor for Tesecom in Mobile, Ala.
