Dress To Succeed, a free clothing ministry headquartered at St. John Episcopal Church, 323 Wick Ave., will host a grand opening Monday morning for its next expansion to the Community Corrections Association.

Elder Rose Carter, founder and president of the Dress to Succeed Ministry, will join David J. Stillwagon, chief executive officer of CCA to lead a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 1507 Market St. at 11 a.m.

The ministry has been dedicated to providing donated clothes, shoes and other accessories for Youngstown residents, especially for people returning from prison, since 2010.

This is the second addition to the ministry after its expansion to the Ohio State Penitentiary grand opening in October last year.

The expanded programs and services reach some 10,000 adults in the Mahoning Valley.
